thanksgiving dinner.
we were at gar's parents with his sister melissa, her hubby logan and baby miles.
there was also white nana and papa(referring of course to the color of their hair. years ago bailey realized she had 3 sets of nana's and papa's so she color coded them).
and gar's dad invited a really nice lady from work, joyce.
we were
having regular dinner conversation about world events, movies, etc.. joyce asked the white nana and papa where they lived and what they liked to do. i guess gar felt things slowing, so he decided to interject.from across the room, he says, ' nana and papa are drug dealers. ' we were all so surprised that the room exploded in laughter.
to which gar added, 'and papa's wanted in 9 countries.'
(i think papa may have laughed harder than anyone. i'm glad he can take a joke. the thought of the kind hearted, gentle yet manly papa even having a darker side, is outrageously funny.)
