paradise

paradise was good to us. gar and i just got back from maui.
Link
he hit his 2008 work goal and was able to go on the president's club trip. it was fabulous!! huge thanks to infusion and granny for making it possible! it was surreal. really.

we are back safe 'n' sound. it was great to see the kids and get hugs and kisses.

this morning alex wanted to bring in his shark jaw we brought back for him. yesterday i told him i'd send it with him in his back pack and e-mail his teacher so she could let him share when it was convenient for her. he asked about 20 times yesterday about taking it in. then last night, after we returned from nana and papa's, alex says, 'mom, could you shoot that e-mail to ms. rice now?'
he's so cute.

i have some catching up to do. not only with vacation laundry, but blogging!
coming soon...

I'm so jealous of your trip!!! I just love Hawaii!

That is too funny that you saw that Cheesecake Factory ad. Yes that is my dad and I. My aunt does their advertising and put us in there! You should enter the contest! I was laughing though b/c I didn't really think anyone I knew would see it, much less recognize us!

I can't get this song out of my head now...

♫ Oh, think twice,
'cause it's just another day for
you and me in paradise
Oh, think twice, 'cause
It's just another day for you,
You and me in paradise ♫♫

LOL!

Can't wait for the updates!
