adam and i get to spend quality time together while the kids are in school.
he's great on errands. we talk and sing together.
he's helpful in the kitchen. especially with unloading silverware.
he loads the dryer as i hand him clothes from the washer... 'daddy's socks? bailey's swimsuit?'
he's great at storytelling. he takes my face in his lil' hands and looks into my eyes and tells the funniest, shortest, most random stories ever. and then he laughs hard. so i laugh hard.
and sometimes we do things like this.
and we both laugh for a long time.

That is too cute! I love little kids, they are the best. And your pictures are great!
Amy, it's Lynda Peterson, Jan's Mom. I heard your parents speak today at out stake institute. I so enjoyed hearing them! What wonderful experiences they've had! Your sister Shelley was there. I kept singing the words to the song you and Jan wrote: "Pick and save, Shelley and Dave, jumping on the bed...." I realized how much I miss seeing you and how much fun you two had. You were so good for Jan! Thanks for being such a good friend. Your family is adorable. It's fun to look at your blog. Love, Lynda
